## About
Download your data export from ChatGPT or Claude and open the conversations.json file here, or paste a chat copied from any assistant. The converter follows the conversation in order, labels who said what, removes interface clutter such as "Copy code" and "Regenerate", and writes one Markdown document with a heading per conversation. Everything happens in your browser, so your conversations are never uploaded. It supports the common export layouts; formats change over time, so check the result.

## FAQ
