## About
Upload or paste a CSV that is failing to import. The doctor detects the delimiter, reports encoding problems (including garbled characters such as é), rows with the wrong number of columns, empty rows, stray spaces, duplicates and dates in mixed or impossible formats, then produces a cleaned CSV with dates converted to YYYY-MM-DD. Rows it cannot repair safely are listed for you to review. Your files are read in your browser and never uploaded.

## FAQ
**Why do accents look wrong, like é?** The file was saved as UTF-8 but opened as Windows-1252 (or the other way round). The doctor repairs common cases and the cleaned file is saved as UTF-8.

**What counts as an impossible date?** A date that does not exist, such as 31/02/2025. These are listed for you to correct because guessing would risk wrong data.
