## About
Upload or paste a timestamped transcript (an SRT or VTT file, or lines starting with a time such as 00:02:15). The planner cuts it into candidate clips of your target length, starting and ending on sentence boundaries and natural pauses, scores them by how self-contained and punchy they are, and suggests a draft title and a hook line for each. It plans only: it does not edit or render video. Treat the timestamps as a starting point and watch each clip before posting.
