## About
Different tools need different airflow to catch dust at the source. Pick the tool, enter the extractor's rated airflow, hose diameter and length, and the tool's dust port size. The matcher estimates the airflow you will actually get after hose losses, compares it with typical requirements, and tells you what adapters or hose sizes to look for. For fine dust and hardwoods, filtration class matters as much as airflow.

## How to use

## FAQ
**What airflow does a table saw need?** Guidance is typically 450 to 800 m³/h for a table saw, usually with a 100 mm hose. Smaller extractors may only catch dust from the cabinet or blade guard.

**What is M-class filtration?** A safety class for dust extractors that capture at least 99.9% of fine dust. HSE guidance expects M-class or better for hazardous dust such as hardwood and MDF.

**Is the Workshop Dust Extractor Matcher free?** Yes, with no sign-up or limits.
